Shipping

All domestic shipments (Chile) are COD (Cash on Delivery), meaning when you place an order through the website, you will only be charged for the product you are purchasing. Shipping fees are paid directly to the shipping company (usually Starken).

For international shipments, charges will be applied automatically when you indicate your destination country. Shipments may take up to 2 days to be dispatched.

Once ready, you will receive an email notifying you that your product has been shipped, along with the tracking code. We will also leave a note with the shipping price provided by the delivery company.
